We will have a face to face chat about your requirements, and you will be offered the best advice possible to achieve this – even if it means we don’t get the work.
What to do in preparation
Bring in any images or ideas you might have, along with any jewellery you would like to incorporate into your new piece. If you are going to discuss a new engagement ring, be sure you have a very good idea of what your partner would like, and their ring size if possible!

One to match my engagement ring shape/colour and a rose gold for my partner. We were also able to pay with the left over gold and even got cash back. Bonus he resized my engagement ring for free. If so, there is no other place you should go for a meaningful piece of jewellery than to Mark and his team at the Diamond Studio in Mairangi Bay. I put Mark through the w(ring)er in terms of projects: I was picky, I had demands, I wanted this metal used for that from this old heirloom, ad infinitum. He had his work cut out for him, unlike the gems I got him to cut. And even in the face of adversity, he (and his team, when he wasn’t directly available, which most of the time he was) pushed through and put in more work and dedication than any other jeweller I’ve dealt with before. These rings pictured are my wedding band (silver w/ onyx) and my wife’s wedding band (gold w/ lab grown diamonds) with spacer ring to create a stack. And, as you can see, they turned out phenomenally. You can check out his website for everything he does, that’s not my job, but me and my (now) wife could not be happier. There is one thing we are disappointed about in this whole process: the fact we didn’t contact the Diamond Studio for our engagement ring, because it would have been so much better. So here is your sign. Thank you, Mark, and the Diamond Studio, you’ve created an everlasting impression.
